PURAS PENDEJADAS: Collaborating with colonialism.

Reissue from March 18, 2012

I don’t know what bothers me more:

that we have so many of our people that are ignorant of their true history and identity;
so many that are aggressively stupid on the internet pretending they have knowledge;
so many that dye their hair blond or brown and actually think they look European;
so many that plead, “Hey, I’m just a human being!” as an excuse for everything;
so many that are full-time clowns shitting on our people;
so many that make themselves stupid by taking drugs;
so many that are smart, that are cowards and refuse to care about our people;
so many that are smart and understand colonialism, but are still sellouts;
so many posers that pretend to be “revolutionaries,” but only on the internet;
or worse, that there are so many that don’t care about anything
other than drugs, music, sports, TV and the internet,
and obsessing with the pleasures of what’s between their legs.

These are all forms of living on our knees, of being happy slaves
of white supremacy, of colonialism;
doing this to please the white man,
in fear of displeasing the white man.
We remain passive,
quiet, happy in our ignorance and cowardice.
We are such fools and a disgrace to our warrior ancestors.

Knowledge, courage, and actions for liberation mean nothing
to most of our people.
These concepts, that go with honor, are a foreign language to them.
No one ever taught them honor:
not the church, not the gang, not capitalism, not the home.
Loyalty to gangs and colonial military systemes are not honor,
they are treason to our noble ancestor warriors
who defended our people and confronted our enemies, and the traitors.

It’s hard to decide which is worse of the evils of shit that our people are in.
All of them are destroying our people, lessening their humanity.
All of them make our people participate in the genocide of our people,
even if they don’t know what genocide is.

Think-think on this with the deepest part of your mind.
Concentrate on what part of these pendejadas you are participating in.
End your addiction to colonialism, to oppression, to slavery.

Are you changing your priorities from being a colonized person
to disciplining yourself for education for Nican Tlaca liberation?
Start decolonizing yourself today, it's never too late!
Every little step counts, it’s a move toward liberation, toward your full dignity,
and a move away from colonization, away from the terrorism of white supremacy.

Bring all the colonizing parts of your mind to a complete shutdown.
And then help others in acts of liberation.

Embrace your full humanity by liberating yourself through education,
so that you can liberate all of the rest of our people.

Our liberated future is waiting for us.
Be part of the liberators of our people.
Be part of the warriors that liberate our people with truth and demands for justice.
