WE ARE A DIFFERENT KIND OF DEAD
We Nican Tlaca
live as an irrelevant people in the world.
We have no true lands that are ours,
since Europeans "own" and control
all of our lands,
all of our continent,
all of the wealth of our continent.
We live in the false Hispanic/Latino
identities.
We live our slave lives
as a different kind of dead.
We live our lives in a quiet
deadly genocide of the mind.
We are the perfect uncomplaining slaves.
We are a different kind of dead
because we live empty lives
without achievements, without honor.
We are slaves of the mind.
We are slaves of the heart.
We are slaves serving the needs and wants
of the pale race of Europe.
We are a different kind of dead
because we have no intelligentsia
to be our thinkers, to plan a liberated future
for our people, for our nation.
We are a different kind of dead
because we kill each other in gangs,
in cartels, we kill each other
over meaningless materials things.
We are fools entertaining our masters:
that pale race of Europe who sucks
our blood, sucks the wealth of our lands.
We are a different kind of brain dead
because we are not even aware
that we are living as a dead nation,
as a dead people.
We are different from what we once were
when we were building cities and civilizations;
when we were high intellectuals in the world;
when we were inventors and scientists;
when we were a people of great warriors;
when we were achieving genius accomplishments;
when we were a free and brave people.
We can break the chains on our minds
and the chains on our hearts
that keep us ignorant and cowardly,
that make fools of us before the whole world.
We can break the chains on our lives
and the chains on our past and future
with us following the path
to liberation through Nican Tlaca education.
We can break the chains that make us
fools and clowns before the world
by simply organizing and confronting
the evil pale beast of Europe
that has our minds and bodies
in a different kind of dead.
We can break the chains that make us
cowards and traitors to our people
by simply developing our courage
to learn to be liberators for our people.
We can learn to be Nican Tlaca liberators
who teach pride in our Pre-1492 history
of great accomplishments;
and by teaching the crimes of the Europeans
that brought us a smallpox holocaust,
that brought us the dead lives of genocide
that we live in futile empty lives.
We can be a free people once again,
once we embrace our warrior selves,
once we abandon gangs and drugs,
once we reject the church and alcoholism,
once we live our lives as scholar warriors,
once we become part of the disciplined lives
of the Mexica Movement's plan and actions
for the liberation of all Nican Tlaca.
Step forward with your new courage.
We are waiting for you.
