One year ago the city of Los Angeles voted to end "Columbus Day".
Since the 90's Mexica Movement Nican Tlaca Nation protested against "Columbus Day". Finally, in August of 2017, the city of Los Angeles ended "Columbus Day"!
We were the only organization that consistently protested "Columbus Day" in Los Angeles going back to 1998. That is 20 years of protests against all forms of racist colonialism that were genocidal attacks on our people. We have the photos to prove it, the newspaper articles to prove it.
Who else has such a consistent scholar-warrior liberator experience such as the 25 years Mexica Movement Nican Tlaca Nation? No one has lasted as long as we have.
We are true thinkers, true students of our Nican Tlaca history and teachers of liberation, as true intellectuals, true proven warriors.
We have protested: Disney (Zapata was going to be played by Spaniard Antonio Banderas; we protested for a year to have it cancelled); Steven Spielberg (his racist film Road To El Dorado); Eddie Olmos (Vendido supported racist Road To El Dorado movie); Police shooting & killing African-descent and Nican Tlaca; Columbus day; Trump running for President; Serra Sainthood; Support Standing Rock; Support Idle No More; Protest Minutemen at various locations; and many many more racist issues that were genocidal attacks on our people.
We have developed an original and scholar-warrior philosophy of liberation.
Those with intelligence, courage, and the willingness to be disciplined scholar warriors are welcome to join us.
We will be having Day of The Dead events in October of 2018. Come join us in positive and constructive dialogues of liberation. email us if you want to join us: mexicamovement@sbcglobal.net
