THE FUTURE OF OUR PEOPLE SEEMS TO BE DOOMED, AT TIMES, BUT THERE IS HOPE.
It is interesting and says a lot about our people, and a lot about even the people who follow Mexica Movement, that on our blog the lowest numbers of interest in any of our blogs is: ANYTHING TO DO WITH PROTESTS. The numbers drop drastically in the statistics for our blog.
Our people are such cowards, even in thinking about protesting white supremacy and colonialism; they run away, they look the other way, they pretend they didn't see it. If it's gangs or the military they step forward and risk their lives (knowing there is a good chance they will be killed) in some insane and ignorant colonialist sense of "honor"; in some suicidal sense of "worth" and person-hood: and totally against the interests of our people and of themselves.
These last 500 years have done a horrible psychological damage to our people. We are in our majority filled with cowards, traitors, and self-haters. We are also very ignorant, unsophisticated, and TOTAL NON-THINKERS; with no real established intellectuals or intelligentsia operating in our interests as NicanTlaca.
There is hope for us in the work that we do as Mexica Movement; but it is a difficult hope that requires constant study, constant confrontation against colonialism, and an organization of mutual support and collective leadership.
