Trick or Treat: Genocide
They came in 1492 with evil
of every sort, with tricks
up their sleeves, in the form
of smallpox, to kill us.
They killed 70 to 100 Million
of our lives.
That’s quite a trick on us:
killing 95% of our people.
For them it was a miracle
that their gods provide:
father, son, and holy ghost.
A miracle is just magic, a trick,
an illusion that makes you think
that something has happened
that hasn’t happened at all:
It was not their gods: father, son,
and holy ghost that helped them
---it was their pure evil and greed
that killed us, and later enslaved us.
Guadalupe, the Virgin of Guadalupe
is a miracle, a trick conjured up
by the church and its priests
to give our people the illusion
that Mary, mother of Jesus
was also Tonantzin, Our Creator,
a half-manifestation of Our Creator.
This was the trick that got all our people
to be Catholics, Christians, fakers,
believers in resurrection of the dead,
heaven and hell, and that sin
can be washed away with water.
No amount of water can wash away
the sins of the Europeans.
That belief is a trick
that they have played on themselves.
